UPDATE - you can see that psionline respond by asking you to send them an email. Complete waste of time and a disappointed daughter who now has to get ready for this all over again if we can find a way to do it.

Exam would not download and after 3 HOURS dealing with incompetent call centre staff who could not speak clear English we gave up. Short Version - Daughter ready and psyched up to take exam at 9am.
